The scheduled meeting of the Winston Park Homeowners Association took place on June 28th, 2023. The meeting commenced at 6:30 PM and was chaired by President Davis.
A concise review of the notes from the previous meeting was presented.
Subsequently the approval of the minutes, several items were reviewed including:
- Community improvement initiatives
- Proposed amendments to the HOA bylaws
- Maintenance concerns raised by residents
The meeting terminated at 8:30 PM.
The next meeting is scheduled for November 9th, 2023. All residents are encouraged to attend.
